Head of the Placement Department

Mr. Anand T L is the Technical Director and also heading the Placement Department of International Institute of Industrial Safety Management (IIISM), Bengaluru. He has graduated in Civil Engineering from Mysore University, Karnataka in the year 1991. He further pursued his Diploma in Industrial Safety Management in the year 1996 from CLI, Bombay. He started his career in the year of 1991 from Konkan Railway, later he worked for Petroleum Development of Oman at Muscat, Oman. He also worked for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Al Wafrah and Kuwait. Then he returned to India and joined to GC/BMRCL and worked about 5 years. Later He Joined as a Chief Engineer Safety for Nippon Koei India Pvt Ltd for Indian Railways Projects at Gujarat. He has overall 30 years of Industrial Safety Experience in India and in Abroad. His valuable Experience and wide Placement Network are leading the college successfully.

IIISM Placements

The Department of Placement & Training was established in the year 2009. The Department presently coordinates with many leading organizations which recruit Safety Engineers/Safety Managers crafts and GET/ PGET's for entry level positions in their respective organizations. With every passing year, the number of recruiting organizations has increased.

IIISM Alumni’s have succeeded to secure Higher Level Positions in Government, Private and Public Sectors. IIISM Strong Alumni Network is channeling the students to grab the opportunities in various sectors.
